Job Title: Office Administrator
Reports To: Finance Director
Location: Office-based (with opportunity for ad hoc remote working)
Department: Admin

Salary: Circa £25k

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day admin operations of a dynamic and fast-paced Food & Beverage business. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Finance admin:

  • Organising and sending invoices, sales reports and receipts for processing

  • Setting up payments on online banking and managing petty cash

  • Managing accounts payable, reconciling supplier statements, resolving supplier queries

  • Assisting with credit control

  • Managing the finance email accounts

  • Supporting Assistant Management Account and Finance Director

  • General finance tasks

Office admin:

  • Answering the office phone

  • Managing the hello email accounts

  • Dealing with post

  • Maintaining a filing and organisation system for contract documents, account logins, paperwork etc.

  • Ad-hoc admin tasks as required

Sales admin:

  • Processing orders 

  • Inputting stock received

What we are looking for:

  • An organised person, who has great attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and a good phone manner

  • Comfortable using IT systems

  • Ability to work as part of a team and alone with good management skills

  • Trustworthy with confidential information
